Siemens’ trainee programme concentrates on fostering talent in its core competency areas of mathematics, natural sciences and technology.

At university level, Siemens builds on its support programmes by awarding scholarships for natural science degree courses and presenting awards for particular scientific achievements. Siemens maintains contact with all recipients of scholarships and awards via a network initiated by the recipients themselves.
