CKI Organisation

TUM

Siemens

Activities with TUM are coordinated through a strong, interactive network dedicated to fostering joint innovation. The following individuals are involved here:

  1. Siemens ambassador: Siemens’ Ambassador University Programme is a meaningful framework for coordinating alliances with universities. A member of the group or divisional managing boards acts as an “ambassador” for each university and is responsible for coordinating partnerships at the highest management level. Prof. Dr. Hermann Requardt, Head of Corporate Technology, CEO Healthcare Sector and member of the Managing Board of Siemens AG, has been the Siemens ambassador for TUM since 2007.  Lebenslauf_Prof._Requardt.pdf
  2. University contacts at sector and division level: Every Siemens sector and division has a dedicated CKI contact partner. These central organisers act as hubs, enabling partnerships to evolve in a structured manner. They are responsible for various issues such as technology and innovation management within their relevant fields. Their specialist knowledge means they are the key players in driving cooperation forward.
  3. CTO O UNI: The CTO O UNI team coordinates research activities with universities at company level. It acts as an interface between Siemens sectors and divisions and the academic world.
